1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and ek222 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing all use of the website located at https://ek222.bio and any associated mobile or desktop interfaces operated by ek222.

By accessing the ek222 platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

ek222 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to persons under the age of 18 will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits made will be returned to the original payment method after verification.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on ek222. The registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document;
• A valid email address to which you have sole access;
• A valid Bangladeshi mobile number;
• Your date of birth;
• Your residential address within Bangladesh.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. ek222 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login details secure. You must notify ek222 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

ek222 may at any time require additional verification documents, including a copy of a national identification card (NID), passport, or utility bill, for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, or compliance with applicable regulations. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary or permanent account restriction.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ek222 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ek222 accepts deposits via the following channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Supported payment methods are subject to change without advance notice; the current list is always displayed in your account cashier.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100 unless a specific promotion specifies otherwise.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• ek222 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own service charges, for which ek222 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits are credited to your ek222 account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider, which may take up to 30 minutes depending on the channel used.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
• The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500 unless a specific account tier specifies otherwise.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes during standard operating hours. Complex verification cases may require up to 3 business days.
• ek222 does not charge withdrawal fees. Any charges imposed by your payment provider are outside ek222's control.
• Withdrawals may be withheld pending completion of identity verification or satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements.

ek222 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests that exceed ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳200,000 within any rolling 30-day period. Such checks may require submission of source-of-funds documentation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

ek222 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, reload promotions, tournament prizes, and other promotional incentives to eligible account holders. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published on the platform at the time of the offer and take precedence over these general Terms where they conflict.

General conditions applicable to all ek222 bonuses include:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate promotional balance and must be wagered in accordance with the stated rollover requirement before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for deposit bonuses is 20x the combined deposit and bonus amount.
• Bonus offers are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person.

6 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on ek222 are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific and market-specific rules are published within the sportsbook interface and form part of these Terms.

• A bet is confirmed only when ek222 issues an explicit bet acceptance confirmation. Bets placed during system errors, connectivity interruptions, or periods of manifest odds error are not binding on ek222.
• ek222 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any individual bet or to restrict betting on specific markets for any account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
• In the event of a manifest error in the odds displayed — including but not limited to typographical errors, data feed failures, or software malfunctions — ek222 reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to the original account balance.
• All cricket betting markets, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and bilateral international series, are subject to the official result declared by the relevant governing body. ek222 is not responsible for scorecard errors published by third-party data providers.
• Live in-play betting markets are subject to automatic suspension during key match events, including wickets, boundaries, reviews, and delays. Bets placed immediately before a suspension are subject to review and may be voided where the outcome was reasonably foreseeable at the time of placement.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your main account balance promptly following official result confirmation. Settlement times may vary by sport and market.

7 Casino Game Rules

• Sharing your account credentials with any other person or allowing any other person to use your account.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

ek222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete verification requirements, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

Where an account is closed by ek222 for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the account holder via the most recently used payment method within 10 business days.
